The network takes an interdisciplinary approach drawing on expertise ranging from pedagogy, international development studies, law, social, political and behavioural sciences, the humanities, health studies and social work.

The Master degrees associated with the European Network are full-time or part-time postgraduate programmes that are offered in cooperation with other ENMCR member universities.

The courses are oriented to the construction of a productive innovative knowledge base, which will generate information that will be socially useful for children’s active and effective participation in societal processes. Children’s views and perspectives and their participation, underpin all aspects of the Master Programmes, research projects and the provision of services are important issues. In the courses, children’s testimonies and their participation in qualitative research, as well as the study findings from both Master degree teachers and students are utilised.
